We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team focusing on construction and interior fit-out projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services needed for our construction developments. Your expertise will ensure that all procurement activities align with our quality standards and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction and interior fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Supplier Source out: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with contractors, suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials and services. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Cost Management: Sourcing, Cost Analysis, Cost Negotiation, Contracts Negotiation, Procurement Strategies Plan and executions, Vendor Management, and Selection. Manage Procurement Contracts and collaborate with the Project Execution team to resolve the major or minor issues throughout the Project.
• Vendor Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of potential suppliers, including their reliability, quality of goods, production capacity, and delivery performance.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites. Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and delays.
• Compliance: Ensure that procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Maintain a record of all contracts and procurement activities.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and new products to enhance procurement practices and decision-making.
• Reporting: Prepare and present monthly project budget reports and regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings to management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of proven experience as a Procurement manager or in a similar role within the construction or interior fit-out sectors.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of construction procurement processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite and ERP system.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Environment

• May work in residential & commercial projects.
