We are proud to present one of our recently completed projects in the prestigious Jumeirah Islands, a stunning entertainment foyer with uninterrupted lake views.

The original villa plot was expanded to 11,358 square feet, significantly enhancing the surrounding garden and outdoor living areas. The built-up area was also increased to 5,800 square feet, with bespoke extensions designed to create a seamless and luxurious entertainment space.

The foyer now features contemporary interiors with a sophisticated palette of neutral tones, complemented by elegant wooden accents. Expansive windows and bifold doors were installed to frame the lake views and allow natural light to flood the space, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere ideal for hosting and social gatherings.

The swimming pool was enlarged to elevate the outdoor experience, perfectly aligned with the entertainment area and landscaped garden. Every element of the design was carefully curated to enhance flow, comfort, and visual impact.
